Come experience Reiki for yourself.
Healing Harmony offers a quiet space to slow down, reconnect, and explore a different approach to well-being.
Every session is unique, and we're honored to walk alongside you wherever you are in your journey.
Come curious.
New to Reiki? You're in the right place.
Reiki is a gentle practice that many people use to support relaxation and an overall sense of balance and well-being.
During your session, you'll remain fully clothed while your practitioners work with their hands either gently on or just above different areas of your body.
There's nothing you need to do, believe, or figure out.
Just come as you are.
Around here, there are two of us.
During your session, Karlene and Travis work side by side, but they don’t necessarily experience the session in the same way.
Travis tends to tune into the energy itself, noticing where it feels like things are shifting or asking for his attention. Karlene often works more intuitively, sometimes noticing imagery, symbols, or impressions as the session unfolds.
Sometimes they’re drawn to the same place. Sometimes they notice completely different things. Each brings their own perspective, while working together with the same intention: to help you feel supported, relaxed and cared for.
This time is yours.
Begin your journey with our signature dual-practitioner Reiki offerings, each designed to give you the space to slow down, settle in, and experience Reiki in the way that feels right for you.
-
$140 · 60 minutes

Some things are even better shared.

Frequently Asked Questions
-
You'll remain fully clothed and relax on a comfortable treatment table while your practitioners work with gentle touch or just above different areas of your body.
Whether it's your first Reiki session or your fiftieth, we'll explain what to expect, answer any questions, and make sure you feel comfortable before we begin.
There's nothing you need to know beforehand or get "right." Just come as you are.
-
Not at all.
Many of our clients come in simply curious. Whether you view Reiki as a spiritual practice, a relaxation technique, or a chance to slow down for an hour, you're welcome here. Our goal isn't to tell you what to believe—it's to create a space where you can explore your own experience.
-
Dual-practitioner Reiki is one of the things that makes Healing Harmony unique.
Karlene and Travis believe healing is often enriched by different perspectives.
They work together throughout your session, each following their own intuition while supporting the same intention: creating a calm, personalized experience centered around you.
-
Everyone's experience is different.
Some people feel deeply relaxed. Others notice warmth, tingling, emotions, imagery, or simply a sense of calm. Some people don't notice much during the session but find they sleep better or feel more centered afterward.
There isn't a "right" experience.
-
That depends on your goals.
Some people come in for occasional relaxation and self-care, while others choose regular sessions as part of their wellness routine. We'll help you find a schedule that feels right for you—there's no pressure and no one-size-fits-all approach.
-
No.
Reiki is a complementary wellness practice and is not intended to diagnose, treat, or replace medical or mental health care. Many people choose to incorporate Reiki alongside the care they're already receiving.
-
Yes. We offer Reiki experiences created specifically for babies, little ones, and teens.
Sessions are flexible and shaped around their age, comfort, and willingness to participate. Kids don't need to lie still, stay quiet, or experience Reiki like an adult would. Babies can be held, fed, rocked, or changed. Little ones can move around, ask questions, take breaks, or decide they're done. Teens are given more space to share their own preferences and make the experience their own.
Reiki with little ones gets to look a little different. They can move, explore, cuddle up with you, ask questions, take a break, or decide they're finished. Karlene and Travis follow their lead rather than asking the child to fit the session.
-
Animal Reiki follows the animal's lead, too. Your animal doesn't need to lie still, accept touch, or interact with Karlene and Travis.
Reiki can be offered hands-off while they move around, rest, explore, or keep their distance. Sessions are available at Healing Harmony as well as in-home and, when appropriate, barn or multi-animal settings.
