How we got here.
Healing Harmony grew from years of curiosity about people, connection, and what it means to feel good in the lives we're living.
Karlene spent years in therapy, trauma-focused counseling, and neurofeedback, working closely with people through change, growth, and some of life's more complicated seasons. Travis spent years building a successful business before deciding to leave it behind for work that felt more meaningful to him. Reiki became part of that shift, alongside his longtime interest in philosophy, religion, spirituality, and ancient traditions.
Together, those experiences became part of what Healing Harmony is today: a place to keep learning, stay curious, and explore the many ways we can care for ourselves and each other.
Feeling good looks different for everyone.
Sometimes you need a place to slow down. Sometimes you want to feel more connected to yourself, someone you love, or the life you're building. And sometimes you want to try something new and see what it brings.
We believe wellness should feel personal. What brings you here and what you take from it doesn't have to look like anyone else's.
Healing Harmony was created to make space for all of it: Rest, curiosity, reflection, connection, growth, and feeling good in your own life.
You don't have to arrive with something to fix. Come as you are, for whatever brings you here. We'll meet you there.
Meet Karlene & Travis
Karlene
Karlene is warm, intuitive, and not particularly interested in letting you sell yourself short. She listens closely, asks good questions, and believes that growth comes with a little personal responsibility, too. She’s just as open to learning as she is to sharing what she knows, and there’s always room for a new perspective.
Outside of Healing Harmony, you’ll probably find her with her dogs and grandbabies, in the garden, planning her next trip, or wearing something with at least a little rhinestone on it.
Travis
Travis is one of those people who can be completely silly one minute and locked into a meaningful conversation the next. He’s kind, curious, and deeply sincere about the way he connects with people, with a grounded approach to spirituality that leaves plenty of room for learning, questioning, and having a good time along the way.
He’s a veteran, musician, and lifelong hard worker who’s still doing plenty of growing of his own. When he’s not at Healing Harmony, you might find him working out, making music, or going down another philosophical rabbit hole.
Find what works for you.
There are a lot of ways to care for yourself. We don’t believe you have to choose just one.
Healing Harmony brings different practices, perspectives, and experiences together in one place. Reiki, neurofeedback, conversation, learning, gathering, reflection. Each offers something a little different, and what feels right for you might change with what you need, what you’re curious about, or just where you are in life.
You might know exactly what you’re looking for. You might have no idea yet. Both are welcome here.
However you find your way here, we’re glad you did.
